TaskwickProject-management web app concept
A concept web app for a fictional task-management product: boards, list and timeline views, and a sidebar for projects and teams.

Taskwick is an invented brand. We designed it to show how we work, so the names, people, prices and figures on the screens are made up. It is not a client engagement and it comes with no results.
What the concept
set out to do.
Project tools tend to grow into clutter. The brief was a calm workspace where a team can see who is doing what this week, then drop into the detail without leaving the board.
Four lanes, one view
Backlog, in progress, in review and done sit side by side, with cards that show the owner, due date and tags.
Quick filters
Chips for all tasks, assigned to me and due this week narrow the board in a single click.
A sidebar that stays out of the way
Inbox, my tasks, calendar and reports sit above the project list, with teams beneath.
The whole page,
top to bottom.

Scroll inside the window to see the whole page.
How we would build
this for you.
Our approach
- Talk to the people who will use it and write down the three jobs it must do.
- Design the core views as a clickable prototype and test them with a small group.
- Build the first version around those jobs, then add integrations such as email and calendars.
- Release in stages, with analytics to show which features people really use.
What you would get
- Board view
- Task cards
- Filters
- Sidebar navigation
- Design system
