PipewellCRM interface concept
A concept CRM for a fictional sales team: a contact list, a pipeline with clear stages and an activity timeline.

Pipewell is an invented brand. We designed it to show how we work, so the names, people, prices and figures on the screens are made up. It is not a client engagement and it comes with no results.
What the concept
set out to do.
Sales teams lose deals in the gaps between tools. The brief was one record that shows the person, the deal, what has happened and what happens next.
A pipeline you can read
Stages from lead to won run across the top as chevrons, so the deal's position is clear at a glance.
A timeline of real activity
Calls, emails, proposals and meeting notes sit in order, so anyone on the team can pick up the conversation.
Next steps with owners
A short task list shows what is due and who owns it, and links back to the deal.

How we would build
this for you.
Our approach
- Map your current sales stages and the information you capture at each one.
- Build fields, views and automations around that process, not the other way round.
- Connect email, calendar, forms and your website so records fill themselves.
- Import existing contacts safely, with duplicate checks and a clear backup plan.
What you would get
- Contact list
- Deal pipeline
- Activity timeline
- Tasks
- Import and integrations plan
