BinwrightInventory dashboard concept
A concept inventory dashboard for a fictional supplier with warehouses in Leeds, Rotterdam and Dublin.

Binwright is an invented brand. We designed it to show how we work, so the names, people, prices and figures on the screens are made up. It is not a client engagement and it comes with no results.
What the concept
set out to do.
Stock problems are usually spotted late. The brief was a single screen that shows what is running low, what is moving and what needs reordering today.
Four numbers that matter
Items in stock, low-stock lines, open orders and stock value sit at the top, each with a small trend line.
Movement over time
A line chart compares stock received and shipped, and a ring chart shows how stock is split between warehouses.
A reorder table that acts
Lines that are running low are listed with stock bars, reorder levels and a Reorder button beside each supplier.

How we would build
this for you.
Our approach
- Start from your real spreadsheets and the decisions you make from them.
- Connect the dashboard to your stock system, online shop or a simple database.
- Build alerts for low stock and late supplier orders by email or chat.
- Add user roles so buyers, warehouse staff and managers each see what they need.
What you would get
- Overview dashboard
- Stock movement charts
- Reorder table
- Warehouse view
- Alert rules
