Privacy
policy.
Last updated 9 October 2026. This explains what personal information this website collects, why, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Ranks Fuel ("we", "us") is a digital marketing agency. This policy covers ranksfuel.com and the enquiries, call bookings and newsletter sign-ups made through it. You can reach us through the contact page.
What we collect
- Enquiry and audit forms: your name, email address, website address, the service you are interested in, your country, and anything you write in your message.
- Call bookings: your name, email address, the day and time you choose, and your browser's time zone.
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address.
- Page address: the page you were on when you sent a form, so we know what prompted your enquiry.
How we use it
We use this information to reply to you, prepare audits and proposals, confirm calls, and, if you subscribed, send the newsletter. We do not sell your personal information.
Who processes it
Form submissions are sent through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service, and delivered to our email inbox. Our email provider stores those messages. These providers process information on our behalf and may do so outside your country.
Cookies and browser storage
This website stores your light or dark theme choice and a few interface preferences in your browser's local or session storage. These are not used to track you across websites. At the time of writing we do not run advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will add a consent banner and update this policy first.
Our basis for using your information
Depending on where you live, we rely on your consent (for example, newsletter sign-ups), steps taken at your request before entering into a service agreement (for example, audit and call requests), and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and manage any business relationship, then delete or anonymise them. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
Your rights
Depending on your country, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain uses, and to withdraw consent. These rights come from laws such as the UK and EU GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and similar laws in the other countries we work in. Use the contact page to make a request and we will respond within the time the law requires.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
