LeadferryLead-routing workflow concept
A concept workflow builder for a fictional lead-routing tool: a form arrives, is scored, then gets a call slot or a helpful guide.

Leadferry is an invented brand. We designed it to show how we work, so the names, people, prices and figures on the screens are made up. It is not a client engagement and it comes with no results.
What the concept
set out to do.
Fast replies win leads, but nobody wants to read every form by hand. The brief was a simple map that shows where each enquiry goes and why.
A workflow you can read
Nodes for the form, the score, the decision and the outcomes are joined by labelled lines such as "Score 70 or more".
Two outcomes, both useful
Strong leads are offered a call slot, and the rest receive a helpful guide and a short email series.
A run log
A panel lists the last test run with each step and its time, so a mistake is easy to spot.

How we would build
this for you.
Our approach
- Write down how leads are handled today and where they get stuck.
- Agree with your sales team what a good lead looks like and how to score it.
- Build the workflow with your forms, CRM, calendar and email tools, and test it on sample data.
- Add alerts for failures and review the rules every month.
What you would get
- Workflow map
- Lead scoring rules
- Call-booking step
- Email follow-up
- Run log and alerts
