AskwrenAI support assistant concept
A concept AI chat assistant and product page for a fictional support tool: instant answers, clear sources and a safe hand-off to the team.

Askwren is an invented brand. We designed it to show how we work, so the names, people, prices and figures on the screens are made up. It is not a client engagement and it comes with no results.
What the concept
set out to do.
Customers want a quick answer, and support teams want fewer repeat questions. The brief was an assistant that answers only from the company's own articles, says when it is unsure and passes the chat to a human.
Answers with a source
Each reply links to the help article it came from, so customers can check it and the team can see what needs updating.
A person within reach
A "Talk to a person" option sits under every answer, and the chat passes over with its history.
An inbox for the team
Chats the assistant could not finish arrive in a shared inbox tagged by topic, such as refund or wrong item.

How we would build
this for you.
Our approach
- Gather your help articles, policies and past questions, and tidy them first.
- Set the assistant's boundaries: what it may answer, what it must pass on and how it sounds.
- Connect it to your website chat, email or WhatsApp, and to your helpdesk.
- Test with real questions before launch, then review conversations every week.
What you would get
- Chat widget
- Answer sources
- Hand-off to a person
- Team inbox
- Test plan
