StridewellFitness mobile app concept
A concept fitness app for a fictional brand whose promise is "small steps, every day": workouts, a daily ring and gentle streaks.

Stridewell is an invented brand. We designed it to show how we work, so the names, people, prices and figures on the screens are made up. It is not a client engagement and it comes with no results.
What the concept
set out to do.
Many fitness apps make beginners feel behind. The brief was an app that celebrates a ten-minute walk, shows progress in one ring and never shouts.
One daily ring
The Today screen sums up movement in a single ring, with steps and distance beside it.
Streaks without pressure
A five-day streak card cheers progress and is written to encourage rather than scold.
Warm colour, round shapes
Coral and peach gradients with big rounded type keep the whole app friendly.

How we would build
this for you.
Our approach
- Agree the core loop: open the app, see today, do one small thing.
- Prototype the main screens and test the wording as carefully as the layout.
- Build for iOS and Android, asking for health-data permissions only when they are needed.
- Add reminders and email follow-ups that match the app's gentle tone.
What you would get
- Today screen
- Workout library
- Streaks and progress
- Reminders
- App store assets
